- July 14 - Looking over the route for Thursday, it looks like the last 36 miles are without any beer stops (just a couple B&Bs). That's unacceptable. There are 2 bars in Oxford which is very close to the non-town of Homestead. Click here for map.
- July 11 - It's official, Rick will be a Team of One again this summer. If you see him sleeping on the sidewalk (since he's chosen to bring his stereo instead of a tent), offer him a pillow. Or a place next to you in your tent. There's no limit to what he'll do for shelter.
